getting ready for opening on preview night

With our staff of four (Stuart, Peggy, Mary and myself), and our crew of friends and volunteers, we build the booth. It takes the full set-up time of nearly 2 days...

Here's Peggy organize the French books in flip boxes near the booth entrance. We have the import books in flip boxes and on grids near the front and through the middle of the booth.

Here you can see Peggy in her Doctor smock (we wear these because they were free and have big pockets). Steve's on the step stool (yep, we bring that too) hanging art work while Joel helps organize the bag check area...

It all has to be ready by the time preview night starts...
