Paris 2020 (9 of 12) -- Metro station motifs and interiors

I'm obsessed with these iconic Art Nouveau Metro stations. The gateways were designed by French architect Hector Guimard

 This year, the more I looked at them, the more I saw them not as plant motifs, but aliens with glowing red eyes watching the passengers.

 Too much "war of the worlds" exposure???
